We offer two different lift maintenance contracts - a Silver Maintenance contract and a Gold Maintenance contract.
Both of these contracts can be used with any type of lift, be it a basic disabled lift or a stairlift, to the more unusual such as those in the severe environment of a Radio Mast or a Salt Mine.
Contract Customers enjoy 24/7 assistance and we have highly trained and motivated lift engineers strategically placed around the United Kingdom to quickly respond to customers' calls.
Silver Maintenance Contract
A half yearly fee covers regular attendance by an experienced lift engineer who will carry out routine maintenance, minor adjustments, lubricate and inspect your lift to keep it working reliably and safely. The cost of any lift components required and any call-outs due to breakdowns are charged at the current rate.
Gold Maintenance Contract
A quarterly fee covers regular attendance by an experienced lift engineer who will carry out routine maintenance, but also covers breakdowns, call-out fees, and components.
This type of contract ensures peace of mind and the cost is spread over the year in equal manageable payments.
Please note that neither of these contracts cover misuse, abuse or obsolescence and changes of legislation.
